• We only see registered patients. We are not a walk-in clinic.

• If you are looking for a medication renewal, please book an appointment well in advance of running out of medication. You can book a phone appointment on Medeo using the 'Prescription renewal' booking option. If you are in urgent need of a renewal, you can ask your pharmacy to fax the clinic with a request form. A $30 fee will apply for the uninsured service of providing a renewal without an appointment.

• If you are looking to request a same day phone appointment for an urgent medical concern, please click the 'Online Request Service' button below. This form is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursay and Friday from 9:30am to noon, and Tuesdays from 1pm to 4pm.

• If you are looking to request a PAP test, FIT test, mammogram test, or an insurance letter for therapy or devices, you can book a phone appointment on Medeo, if available, using the 'Insurance Letters / Cancer Screening' booking option.

• If you are newly pregnant or have a newborn for their first visit, please call the clinic instead of booking an appointment.

• If you are looking for information regarding the Saturday urgent care clinic, please call the clinic between Friday evening and Saturday, and choose extension 7.

• If you are looking to book a regular appointment for any other reason, please click the 'Go To Booking Website' button below. New appointments become available on Medeo every Monday at 9:30am. If you do not see the option to choose an appointment for your age group, then they are currently all booked.
